Refund & Return Policy

To be eligible for a return;

The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@ohvora.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
